At Lolla Kids we want shopping to be simple, safe and fast.

Shipping :
• Mainland Portugal – 1 to 2 working days.
• Madeira and Azores – 3 to 7 working days.
• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You can simulate shipping costs for the Islands here .

Returns :
• You may return non-personalized items within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are new and in the original packaging.
• Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
• To initiate a return, please email info.lollakids@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective item or shipping error.
• After the item is received and inspected, the refund is processed using the same payment method.
